You confirm that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are a contract dealing with the rights and obligations of both parties and shall remain valid. If it is otherwise mandatory by law or otherwise specially agreed by both parties, such provisions shall prevail. You undertake to accept and abide by the provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the provisions of this Agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using the APP platform services. The APP shall have the right to formulate and modify this Agreement and/or all kinds of rules from time to time as required and make them public on the APP platform without notifying users separately. The changed agreement and rules will take effect immediately once they are published in the APP. If you do not agree to the changes, you should immediately stop using the services of the APP platform. Your continued use of the services of the APP Platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement and Rules.\t\n\n 2. All data and charts published in this APP platform are for reference only.
